What time is your Check-in and Check-out time?
Check-in begins at 12 am. Check-out is 12 am.

Do you accommodate Late Check-out?
Yes, based upon availability. For information regarding a later check-out time, contact the Front Desk the evening before or morning of departure.

How close is the hotel from nearby attractions, parks, and shopping?
The Hotel Admiral Greyg is centrally located in the heart of Nikolaev’s world famous attractions and entertainment area. Just minutes away from:
City-center – main entertaining and shopping center
Lenina prospect – main city street
Sovetskay street – main walking street in Nikolaev

Is there transportation available to/from the airport?
Hotel Transportation provides a variety of transportation services to/from the airport, for individuals and groups. Call and ask for our Service to arrange transportation.

Is there a shuttle available to the local attractions?
The Desk at the hotel can help you arrange a Taxi to any of the local attractions. They can also provide information about a free shuttle to Koblevo or Odessa for shopping and International Drive locations.

Does your hotel provide parking?
We provide convenient on-site self parking and valet parking for overnight guest and non-guest.

What amenities are in your guest room?

Special amenities help make your stay more comfortable, like the mini-refrigerator, workstation and nesting table, laptop safe.

Is there high speed internet or wifi available at the hotel?
Wired and wireless connections are available in your room and the common areas of the hotel and are included in your daily Charge for an unlimited number of devices.

We offer dining options in Restaurant Storm plus in-room dining in the hotel.

Do you have onsite laundry/valet service?
The Hotel Admiral Greyg provides fast, efficient overnight laundry and valet services. Laundry bags and order forms are locate in the guest room closet.

Does the hotel offer smoking/non smoking areas?
The Hotel Admiral Greyg is 100% smoke-free. There are designated outdoor areas available for smoking.

Does your hotel offer Currency Exchange?
International Currency Exchange Services are available at the Front Desk in the main lobby.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
We require a credit card for guarantee of a reservation, however payment by travelers check, credit/debit card, or cash upon departure is allowed. Please note that our Hotel Admiral Greyg does not accept check payment at this time.

Are pets allowed?
No, we are not a pet-friendly hotel and pets are not allowed at the hotel.
